Element-wise sign transplant: magnitudes from input, signs from other.

Useful for sign-preserving operations that need to preserve a sign bit independent of an arbitrary magnitude computation.

inputTensor

Magnitude source; result has |x| element-wise.

otherTensor or Scalar

Sign source; result is positive where y >= 0, negative where y < 0 (broadcastable to the shape of input).

Tensor

Broadcast shape of input and other at their common floating dtype.
